Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all service engagements undertaken by Juris Ally Legal & Tax Consultants (“Firm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By availing our services, the client (“you” or “Client”) agrees to the terms set out herein.

2. Cancellation of Services

• A service request may be cancelled within 7 (seven) days from the date of engagement, provided that the assignment has not been initiated.

• Once the service has been commenced, assigned, or substantially performed, cancellation may not be permitted.

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email at: myjurisally@gmail.com

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds shall be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.

• Refunds shall be credited through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• No additional processing fees shall be charged for refunds.

4. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered subject to the following conditions:

• The request is made within the prescribed cancellation period.

• The service has not been substantially performed or delivered.

• No statutory filing, submission, or compliance has been completed on behalf of the Client.

5. Non-Refundable Components

The following amounts are strictly non-refundable:

• Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party payments

• Fees for services already rendered, completed, or delivered

• Charges for legal consultation, advisory, or opinion once provided

• Customized or time-bound services where execution has commenced

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially performed, the Firm reserves the right to grant a partial refund, after deducting:

• Proportionate professional fees for work completed

• Administrative and processing charges

• Applicable taxes and third-party costs

7. Client Obligations & Limitation

No refund shall be issued in cases where:

• The Client fails to provide required documents or information in a timely manner

• Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is provided

• There is a delay or non-performance attributable to the Client

8. Discretion & Final Decision

All refund and cancellation requests shall be subject to review and approval by the Firm, and the decision of Juris Ally Legal & Tax Consultants shall be final and binding.
